Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a seasoned Business Banking Manager to join their dynamic team in Adelaide. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients. The position is based in Metro Adelaide, offering flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities

* Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored financial solutions.
* Business Lending: Handle business lending requests, ensuring sound financial practices and compliance. The portfolio covers a range of industries with no specific specialization.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, genuine client relationships, offering exceptional service and proactive support. Leverage existing connections and work with third-party brokers.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a small team of professionals, sharing knowledge and strategies to achieve common goals. Work alongside a team of bankers from different brands.
* Sales and Service: Engage in proactive networking, relationship management, and deal writing to meet and exceed customer needs.
* Compliance and Review: Ensure compliance with annual reviews and maintain high service accessibility and responsiveness.

What Were Looking For
