We are looking for a Senior Service Management Officer to assist in delivering expert AV and administrative support within a dynamic command centre environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of mission-critical operations and services across a highly visible national program.Key Duties:Provide expert support and troubleshooting for AV equipment, including Microsoft Teams RoomsEnsure AV readiness across multiple rooms including Command Centre, Media Hub, and Rapid Response RoomDeliver efficient administration support and manage physical and system access to command spacesLiaise with AV specialists and internal stakeholders to coordinate room setups and technical needsKey Criteria:Proficiency with audio-visual systems, including Microsoft Teams RoomsDemonstrated experience in AV user support and corporate multimedia technologiesStrong administrative skills and experience in managing confidential dataEffective communicator with ability to work across distributed teams and shift-based environmentsHow to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
