About the role
As a Senior Hairdresser at Studio Black', you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in our Innaloo, WA 6018 salon, where you will be a key member of our talented team. You will work closely with our stylists and trainees to ensure a consistently high standard of hairdressing across the salon.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
2. Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desires
3. Developing and executing individualised hair styling and colouring plans
4. Offering hair care advice and recommendations to clients
5. Mentoring and supporting junior stylists to develop their skills
6. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
7. Contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of the salon
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
2. Strong technical hairdressing skills across cutting, colouring and styling
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
4. Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing training
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
6. Excellent time management and organisational skills
