Responsibilities
Reporting into the MD of this well-established, organically-expanding childcare provider, this newly-created Head of Finance role presents a great opportunity to be a part of this industry success story. You\'ll be joining as the group looks to enter a significant organic growth phase and with the support of a stable, highly capable finance team, you\'ll play a crucial role in providing the commercial acumen and financial expertise to support this growth. Your broad remit will include oversight of financial operations, reporting, compliance, risk, capital management and FP&A. As well as systems, analytics and the provision of insights, financial modelling and decision support to the senior leadership team and wider operations. Furthermore you\'ll drive commercial strategy, cost optimisation and process improvement, with a view to ensuring scalability for future growth.
Qualifications & Experience
You are a CA or CPA qualified senior finance leader, with extensive leadership experience (c. 7-10 years) and a background in an SME or mid cap group - preferably childcare or another multi-site enterprise such as education, property, hospitality or similar.
