Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in leading the design and delivery of water infrastructure projects. As an Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of comprehensive solutions that support sustainable growth and resilient infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the civil design development and delivery through the full spectrum of the project life cycle to ensure work output is of a technically high standard.
* Production and review of concise high-quality technical documentation.
* Design and/or design management of a range of projects or program work packages.
* Actively assisting colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results, enhance satisfaction, and exceed client expectations.
* Assisting with the preparation and coordination of high-quality proposals and pursuits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 6 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
* Experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
* Experience in the design management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
* Good knowledge of relevant industry-related Australian Standards and WSAA codes.
* Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartered status.
* Use and understanding of Civil 3D modeling software.
* Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes.
* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
