The role
We are seeking Support Workers in the Central Highlands and Djerriwarrh areas; Ballarat, Daylesford, Bacchus Marsh, Melton and surrounding suburbs.

As a Support Worker, you'll assist with daily living tasks, social and recreational activities, and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

Positions Available
- Personal Care Attendant – Home & Community Care
- Certificate in Disability Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent courses. Relevant tertiary students in Nursing or Allied Health are also considered.
- Home & Community Care Worker – (Not Personal Care)
- Certificate in Mental Health, Home and Community Care, Leisure and Health or equivalent courses/experience. Relevant vocational students in Disability, Aged Care and Allied Health are also considered.
Mandatory Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Drivers Licence & access to a vehicle
- COVID-19 Vaccination Booster Status
- Annual Flu Vaccination
