Test Manager for a Salesforce Field Service Management transformation program

This enterprise-wide initiative will deliver a fully integrated platform built around Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) and its critical interfaces with SAP, Kronos/UKG, and a Schneider‑based ADMS.
You’ll be part of a fast‑paced program shaping the future of field operations, reliability, and customer experience across the organisation.
Your new role
As the Test Manager, you will lead and govern all testing activities across this complex, multi‑vendor program. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining test strategies, managing execution across all phases, and providing quality, risk, and readiness insights to senior leadership and SteerCo.You will coordinate blended teams of internal testers, business SMEs, offshore teams, and external vendors, ensuring delivery quality across functional, integration, non‑functional, data, operational, and field‑based testing.
Your work will be central to enabling Go/No‑Go decisions for major releases across the program.
What you'll need to succeed
Mandatory
1. 5+ years’ test management experience on large‑scale enterprise programs with complex system integrations.
2. Proven leadership of Field Service Management or mobile workforce transformation testing — ideally Salesforce FSM.
3. Hands‑on experience with SAP integration testing (work orders, materials, finance, time confirmations).
4. Strong capability in end‑to‑end testing, risk‑based test design, and non‑functional testing including performance/load, security, and resilience.
5. Excellent defect and risk management skills, including triage, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
6. Strong communication and dashboard‑driven reporting for senior leadership.
7. Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver at pace in dynamic program environments.
Highly desirable
1. Experience in the Energy, Utilities, Electrical, or Telecommunications industries.
2. Kronos/UKG integration testing exposure (rostering, time capture, approvals).
3. Familiarity with ADMS/SCADA/OMS testing, ideally Schneider‑based.
4. Experience using Jira for test management.
5. Understanding of security & privacy controls including SSO (Entra ID/Okta), Salesforce permission sets, data masking, and audit logging.
6. Collaborative style with a hands‑on, practical approach.
