What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing project documentation across the full project lifecycle, working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Your day to day will include;
* End‐to‐end document control across mining and transport projects
* Administration and management of Aconex (including workflows, registers, transmittals, and permissions)
* Ensuring document control processes align with project and client requirements
* Supporting project teams with document management queries and training
* Maintaining accurate, auditable document registers and reporting
* Coordinating document reviews, approvals, and distribution
* Supporting continuous improvement of document control systems and processes
About you:
* Proven experience as a Senior Document Controller, ideally within engineering, construction, mining, or transport environments
* Strong hands‐on experience using Aconex (essential)
* Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
