About The Role
As a Business Development Manager at Place Woolloongabba, your primary focus will be to drive new business into our property management portfolio. You'll be at the forefront, actively prospecting, leveraging referrals, and showcasing Place's outstanding property management services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively seek out new business opportunities to expand our Property Management portfolio including prospecting cold leads.
* Onboard new landlords, including sourcing tenants or takeovers from other agencies.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients for long-term success.
* Efficiently manage referral leads from our high‐performing sales team.
* Stay informed and advise clients on the latest market trends.
* Coordinate and conduct property appraisals and inspections.
* Embrace the challenge of working towards monthly KPIs and reporting progress.
Skills & Experience Required
* A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
* At least 12 months experience in sales, leasing or property management preferable but also open to sales agents or account reps looking to make a change in industries.
* Professional in presentation and communication.
* Exceptional organisational, time management, and follow‐up skills.
* A driven personality, eager to contribute to the growth of our rent roll.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
