About the role:

Lead the way as the heart and face of a brand new family owned & purpose built, 80 place Centre and the wider community, embracing the role of Centre Manager in the stunning coastal town of Esperance, WA.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will not inherit a legacy, but rather define the culture, set the standards, and build a high-performing team from the ground up. Youâll have:

- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current WA WWCC
- Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
- Maintain high standards for the centre's appearance and work practices.
- Manage staff and create efficient rosters.
- Provide robust leadership and guidance to all team members.
- Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs that meet high standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community.
