We are seeking an Administrator/ Receptionist to join our client in Katherine for 5 weeks

Location: Katherine, NT
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: $47.28 per hour + 12% Superannuation
Must be able to work: Wednesday 13th August 2025 - 15th September 2025
Your new company
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Administration Officer to support administrative functions and office operations across a dynamic team. This role ensures efficient workflow, compliance, and facility management, contributing to the successful delivery of community programs.
Your new role

* Provide high-quality administrative support for daily operations.
* Manage reception and client interactions, ensuring a welcoming environment.
* Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
* Assist in financial administration, including petty cash reconciliation and purchase orders.
* Maintain and update asset records, databases, and IT systems.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and site functions, including scheduling and document preparation.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in managing facilities, assets, and financial administration.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and record management systems.
* Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations is desirable.
* Ability to work effectively within culturally diverse communities, including Indigenous groups.
