The College is seeking a driven, experienced and dedicated person to provide high quality EA support, secretarial, organisational and administrative, to the College Principal and Deputy Principal.
**Key Responsibilities**
Administration
- General administrative duties (telephone contact, messages, word processing, filing, printing, copying, faxing, Principal/Deputy Principal's mail collection/distribution, correspondence, petty cash, office and kitchen supplies, minute taking/verification/distribution, transcribe dictation, proofreading as required).
- Specific administrative duties (screening phone calls, responding to staff and parents, meeting agendas and associated documents, Principal's letters, Principal's & Deputy Principal's reports, Board Meeting minutes).
- Organise venue and catering for various meeting and other events as required.
- Assist College support groups with minor administrative tasks, as required.
- Organise College events and invitees, as required.
- Coordinate, attend and oversee special events for the Principal, Old Boys, Christian Brothers, EREA and other support groups as required.
**Personal Assistant**
- Manage electronic diary and message bank of Principal and Deputy Principal.
- Manage bookings for Principal and Deputy Principal's travel, as required.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with staff, students, parents and external parties.
- Liaise with Enrolments to schedule enrolment interviews for Principal.
- Review and submit Principal and Deputy Principal's newsletter or other written works as required.
