What you’ll do
As a Credit Ratings Analyst, you will research, perform credit risk analysis, provide detailed commentary, share insights, and draw conclusions in the form of comprehensive credit reports. This includes financial statement, economic, and industry analysis, benchmarking, and modeling. The analyst is also responsible for complying with divisional policies and procedures and maintaining a professional image with clients and the broader market.
What experience you need
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce
* Qualification in CA/CPA/CFA highly regarded
* Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting/finance (local experience is a must), with experience in direct client communication
* Ability to interpret financial statements and identify key risks and drivers of companies and industries
* Holistic thinking beyond ratios, applying knowledge comprehensively
* Compliance with all applicable policies, principles, and organizational requirements
