About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail store. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, merchandising, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Order, merchandise, and stock products to ensure optimal display and presentation.
* Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly.
* Assist with major planogram initiatives to optimize product placement and visual appeal.
Requirements:
* Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware industries (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle to facilitate travel between stores.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and digital applications.
