Your new role
* Overseeing the entire project and day-to-day activities
* Managing subcontractors, planning, H&S
* Working with the project director and internal senior staff to ensure the project is on time and on budget
* Must have 5+ years experience in construction management
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience managing similar projects of similar value or over at least $5M
* Experience managing as a supervisor or a site manager within commercial projects
* Have full working rights with no limitations
* Have similar experience building apartments
