The Role
Provide executive and administrative support to the Program Management Office in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments and meetings, handling enquiries, coordinating correspondence, maintaining reporting data sets, and managing administrative arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Schedule appointments and meetings for senior leaders.
* Handle enquiries and coordinate formal correspondence.
* Track and manage correspondence.
* Maintain data sets for reporting.
* Manage administrative arrangements for the program management office.
* Support project management activities using HP TRIM, Sensei and Microsoft 365 suite.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in high‑level administration and executive support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency with project management methodologies.
* Experience with HP TRIM or similar records management software.
* Experience with Sensei project management and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
* Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain discretion.
* Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail.
