What You DoThis is a 12-month contract for a maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of B2C Australia, as B2C E-commerce Manager for Travel and Assistance, you will have the responsibility for driving profitable revenue growth within the Travel and Assistance product lines. Your responsibilities will include to:Develop the local plans for the acquisition and retention digital marketing programs (i.e. paid and organic search, display and email) in-line with the global B2C marketing strategy to achieve overall B2C revenue goals and program objectives, which includes:Managing the marketing budget and allocate spend to digital media channels to optimize results and achieve pre-set acquisition ratios and cost per sale targetsSetting campaign goals and objectivesPartnering with internal and external agencies for media planning, buying and campaign optimizationMonitoring, tracking and reporting program performance metrics to key stakeholders; and making recommendations for improved performanceEstablish the content calendar and oversee content development and publishing to drive organic search volume and AI search rankingsBe the champion of the website customer experience. Monitor and report on website performance.
