They're scaling fast and have 3 key leadership vacancies to fill: Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Manager. We're looking for high‑calibre professionals with strong leadership, excellent industry experience, and the ambition to make a significant impact.
Roles
Project Manager
* Lead modular construction projects from planning to delivery.
* Coordinate design, procurement, scheduling, subcontractors, and client communication.
* Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Operations Manager
* Oversee the daily operations of the business.
* Drive process improvements, resource planning, and operational alignment across teams.
* Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Production Manager
* Lead factory operations for modular unit fabrication.
* Manage workflow, staffing, quality control, and performance.
* Ensure production targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
* Experience in modular / prefabricated building, commercial construction, or manufacturing sector.
* Proven track record in one (or more) of the roles above.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial mindset, process‑driven thinking, and hands‑on approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
