Key Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for delivering administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Providing customer service and coordinating with clients and visitors to address their queries and requirements
* Preparing accurate and timely invoices using accounting software, including managing cash sales and reconciling sales schedules
* Executing a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying
* Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
* Overseeing office supplies and inventory management
* Offering administrative assistance to the management team
* Contribute to maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment
