As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit in a retail environment. You will create a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high levels of productivity.

* Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills.
* Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Experience managing large teams, including performance, productivity, training, and development.
* Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
