What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnose and fix issues in cold storage equipment and refrigeration systems.
* Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.
* Work closely with the operations and maintenance team.
* Log maintenance work and follow compliance protocols (HACCP, OSHA, etc.).

What We're Looking For
* Experience as a maintenance technician, general hand, or similar.
* Exposure to cold storage, warehousing, or refrigeration environments.
* Hands-on mechanical skills with tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to work in cold conditions and respond to breakdowns quickly.
* A team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn.
* Ambition to grow with the business – future leadership potential welcomed.
Forklift license, EWP, or working at heights ticket preferred. Trade-qualified is ideal but not essential.
