Our client is a well established yet growing Managed Services organisation.
They established their ACT presence 2 years ago, and have been growing ever since With a supportive and interactive Sydney team, they are looking to recruit a Canberra based Team Leader for their Service Desk.
This is a unique role with a organisation that is known for looking after their staff, presenting career opportunity and working within cutting edge technology.
With a team of 6 Service Desk Agents, this role may also suit a Senior Service Desk Professional who is looking to take the next step in their career as a "Team Leader"
**THE ROLE**
Working in a dynamic and cohesive team in the ACT, this role is a dual position actiing in a Level 1/2 Support capacity and leading and mentoring a small team of SD Analysts.
The company will support your techncial and Leadership development as this is a critical position that will take your on a path of leadership of Technical Teams
**ABOUT YOU**
Ideally you will have 3 - 5 years experience within an IT Service Desk & have naturally gravitated to mentorship and leadership of those around you.
Experience within Service Desk process, customer satisfaction and how to implement change would be ideal.
If you are looking for a company that will invest in your Leadership capabiliies and help develop these skills, this will be an ideal role.
Additionally, IT experience supporting customers within a Microsoft environment is essential, including Office 365, Azure etc as this role will need you to spend time supporting escallated calls and lead by example
