You'll be part of a tight-knit crew (2–4 people), working on projects across the Central and Southern Lakes region.
Ideally, you'll be based in the Alexandra or Cromwell area.
**What You'll Be Doing*** Following all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental site rules* Building timber boxing and formwork* Placing and finishing concrete* Digging trenches and excavations* General labouring* Supporting tradesmen and operators to get the job done safely and on time* Working with string lines and gravel constructionWe'll provide full training for the right person – attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

**What We're Looking For**You don't need to have industry experience, but if you've worked in civil carpentry or concrete before, that's a bonus.
