Work from home potential 1 day per week after probation
- Flexible shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Horsley park location

Customer Service - Direct to Patient

Representing the customer service team these roles are administrative, processing orders and dealing with vulnerable people.
- Horsley Park location | up to $32 per hour + super
- Adaptable to cover shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Temp role to start ASAP with on-going long term opportunities
- Drivers licence and car essential - no public transport access

You will be positioned within one of the key teams servicing medical and pharmaceutical clients processing customer orders.

**About you**

You should be ready and willing to start as a temp, as we require an ASAP start. Whilst initially offering you an opportunity to start as a temp you will have enough time to showcase your qualities as a supreme operator which will have you in a good position to be earmarked for pending openings within the department.

**About the role**

Representing the customer service team these roles are administrative, processing orders via an in-house logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook.
This is a high-volume fast-paced role that will require an eye for detail and ownership of tasks.
You will have;
- similar experience with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- Previous use of Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Inbound customer service experience as you will be required to support your colleagues with overflow of calls relating to orders
- Previous exposure to Orders, Returns, Consignment Notes and Reverse Purchase Orders would be ideal to ensure your success in this role
- Some knowledge of Operations/Transport would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Medical or Pharmaceutical Industry experience would be advantageous
- You will also be a happy person with a positive attitude towards work and able to start quickly
