Dynamic Technician Development Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Engaging Training - Ensure that training meets the highest standards and aligns with company values.
* Ensure Compliance - Manage training administration and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
* Provide Excellent Customer Service - Offer exceptional service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
* Qualifications - A qualification in mobile plant or heavy/commercial vehicle technology is essential. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
* Experience - An experienced technician ready to transition into a training role. Exposure to Caterpillar equipment is desirable.
* Skills - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Basic Microsoft Suite skills are required.
