This pivotal senior leadership role drives the modernisation of ICT services and shapes a customer-focused, service-oriented operating model that supports the University's strategic goals.As Director, Service Delivery, you will lead the evolution of our web, applications, and integration platforms, driving innovation in user experience, learning technologies, and CRM systems.
You will guide high-performing teams that design and deliver the tools our students and staff use every day, shaping how our community engages with technology and crafting a seamless, student-focused digital journey.We are looking for a passionate leader to join us on one of our vibrant regional campuses.
