The Role
Due to the growth of our Perth Property team, we are seeking a Senior Associate to work alongside leading Partner, Tamara Heng. You'll play a key role in advising on significant development projects, high-value property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing. You'll work closely with Tamara contributing to strategic outcomes for clients ranging from major developers and investors to government and corporate entities.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development initiatives to build out and develop your practice.
Who We Are Looking For
You'll bring at least 6 years' experience in property law, with a strong track record managing complex transactions and delivering commercially sound advice. You're confident leading negotiations, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development. Your technical expertise is matched by your ability to build trust and deliver results.
