Overview
Latrobe Community Health Service invites applications for the UCC General Practitioner (Fellow) role at Latrobe Urgent Care Centre (UCC), Gippsland, Victoria. The UCC provides GP-led care for non-life-threatening conditions, walk-ins, referrals and pre-booked appointments, ensuring Emergency Department resources are available for more critical needs.
Responsibilities
The GP will provide high level or urgent clinical care as part of a priority primary care team, delivering general critical care expertise to a wide range of patients/clients within the Urgent Care Centre.
What We're Looking For
* Vocationally registered GP
* AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
* Current Working with Children Check (employee)
* Victorian driver's licence
If you are not vocationally registered but have extensive experience in ED / critical emergency care, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
Remuneration
* Private practice/contractor agreement: $200 per hour (weekdays) and $250 per hour on weekends and public holidays
Working Arrangements
Open for 16 hours per day, 7 days per week (7:30am – 11:30pm). Flexible around individual needs with options for full-time or part-time hours to suit work-life balance.
