About the role:
The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred services within our Geelong clinic. This role ensures clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both Clinicians and patients through a seamless experience from first contact through their fertility and treatment journey.
You will provide visible leadership across the clinic, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to uphold the exceptional care standards Monash IVF Group is known for. Day‑to‑day, you’ll oversee scheduling, record management, communication flows, and the coordination of theatre procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional, patient‑centred service and ensuring information is communicated clearly, accurately and on time.
* Maintaining efficient and accurate clinic operations, including scheduling, record management and day‑to‑day coordination.
* Building strong relationships with clinicians, staff and external partners to support seamless care delivery.
* Leading, coaching and developing clinic staff to build a cohesive, high‑performing team.
* Overseeing clinician diary management and coordinating theatre procedures to ensure smooth operational flow.
* Monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and ensuring clarity around expectations and priorities.
* Identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively, making timely decisions to support patients and the clinic team.
* Upholding organisational policies, safety standards and continuous improvement practices across all aspects of clinic operations.
