Community Physiotherapist Role
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to work with our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to individuals in the South Brisbane community.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardio respiratory disorders.
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions to manage a range of conditions.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with site staff, family and other care professionals.
* Document treatment and general care in clinical notes, adhering to company guidelines.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Full registration with AHPRA.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Valid Australian working rights.
* Vaccination in line with government mandates.
* Have your own car and valid driver's license.
