We are seeking a skilled Electronic Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an expert in electronic security solutions, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of security systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with designing and delivering electronic security equipment, including alarm systems, access control systems, surveillance cameras and other related technologies. They will be responsible for conducting initial system design, creating system layouts for client approval in AutoCAD, preparing quotations for installation, managing the end-to-end installation of electronic security systems, and ensuring each installation is completed within budget and on time.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in using Microsoft Office software and have working knowledge relating to the quotation for install of Integriti & Tecom Access Control and Intruder systems, CCTV systems, particularly in Milestone, NX Witness, March Networks, and SimPRO.
Job Responsibilities:
* System Design: Conduct initial system design, create system layouts for client approval in AutoCAD.
* Quotations: Prepare quotations for installation to the client.
* Installation Management: Manage the end-to-end installation of electronic security systems, including Access Control, Electronic Alarm and CCTV systems compliant with client approved plans and specifications.
* SWMS and WHSE Documentation: Create and administer site specific SWMS and other WHSE documentation as required.
* Budget and Timeliness: Ensure each installation is completed within budget and on time to the client.
You will be working independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. You must have full-time, permanent work rights in Australia and hold a valid driver's license. Experience in project managing the installation of electronic security systems is essential, as well as certification in electronics, security systems or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Key Qualifications:
* Certification in electronics, security systems or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
* Class 2 QLD Security Advisors and Installation License.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various client sites.
* General Construction Industry White Card.
* Proven experience in Project Managing the installation of electronic security systems.
Desired Experience:
* Working knowledge relating to the quotation for install of Integriti & Tecom Access Control and Intruder systems.
* Working knowledge relating to the quotation for install of CCTV systems, particularly in Milestone, NX Witness, March Networks.
* Experience with SimPRO.
