The Position
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the efficient, reliable, and high-quality delivery of crane services to clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Operations Coordinator, this role is responsible for managing the full service cycle - from client requests through to completion.
In this role, you will:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all client requirements post-installation
* Coordinate crane servicing, ancillary equipment, and engineering support
* Lead and mentor service delivery teams, including operators, riggers, technicians, and logistics staff
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful outcomes
* Drive safety and compliance standards across all service operations
* Resolve operational issues and manage escalations with clients
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Salary package: approx. $150k + vehicle allowance + fuel card + super.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
* Minimum 5 years\' experience in the crane industry (non-negotiable)
* Proven experience managing high-risk lifting operations within construction (ideally major construuction projects / highrise developments)
* Strong leadership skills, with prior experience supervising field and technical teams
* Excellent client relationship management, with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
* Strong written and verbal communication, including report writing and client correspondence
* Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs simultaneously
* Solid understanding of safety legislation, compliance, and risk management in crane operations
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve operational challenges under pressure
* Computer literacy, including email communication, registers, dockets, and reporting systems
