Logistics Coordinator Job

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating daily logistics operations, including domestic and export deliveries
* Ensuring all products are dispatched on time and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements
* Preparing and reviewing export documentation, including health certificates, invoices, and packing lists
* Liaising with freight forwarders, transport providers, and cold stores to ensure timely collection and delivery
* Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving transport or documentation issues
* Collaborating with Production, QA, and Sales teams to ensure product readiness and accuracy of load-out information
* Maintaining accurate records within relevant logistics systems and databases
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics processes
About You:
* Proven experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain administration
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Commitment to workplace safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
Additional Requirements:
* Experience in FMCG or export logistics environment
* Knowledge of cold-chain or meat industry logistics
* Understanding of export compliance and documentation requirements
