Perfect for a Marketing Coordinator to step up into an Executive position
The Opportunity
A fantastic prospect awaits an experienced Marketing Executive to join a major shopping centre and their team. A number of exciting projects are in the pipeline including the enhancement of their entire online presence, customer experience and day-to-day marketing across the asset.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate & implement content via digital platforms, campaigns, events & activations across shopping centre portfolio
Assisting in the development and implementation of the Centre marketing strategy and plans.
Localise and amplify marketing campaigns, and manage campaigns from start to finish
Build close relationships & work closely with internal/external stakeholders
Assist with the delivery of a variety of initiatives across the business, local & national retailers, and creative agencies
Company branding
Extensive use of WordPress
Collaborate with development & leasing teams to originate marketing strategy
Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
Minimum 3 years' work experience in marketing or related field
Experience in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing platforms including CMS and CRM platforms
Experience in building virtual communities
Understanding of SEO and SEM and online tools to measure content and digital channel performance.
Computer literacy
Industry experience, with exposure to Property or Shopping Centre marketing, HIGHLY regarded
