Peregian Beach Pharmacy is looking for friendly, motivated part-time Pharmacist to join our community‑focused and dedicated team in Peregian Beach, Queensland. As our Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their health and wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Pharmacist to contribute to the success of our growing community pharmacy. The hours/days are negotiable but we are ideally looking for someone to work Thursday‑Saturday.
What you'll be doing
Providing professional pharmacyl services, including dispensing and ensuring accurate and timely processing of prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Providing expert advice and guidance to patients on the safe and effective use of medications. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve the best possible outcomes. Participating in the implementation of pharmacy programmes and initiatives to promote community health and wellness. Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
What we're looking for
A valid AHPRA Pharmacist registration and licence to practice in Australia. Both newly registered and experienced pharmacists welcome to apply. Experience in medicinal cannabis dispensing preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members. Proficiency in the use of pharmacy software and technology.
