We are seeking a skilled and passionate Choir Director to lead our community pop choir.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting weekly 2-hour rehearsals, teaching a diverse repertoire of music, and preparing the choir for performances.
You will also play a vital role in building a positive and inclusive choir culture, encouraging participation and collaboration among singers.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a choir director or musical leader, preferably with a community-based choir.
A strong performance skills to engage and entertain your singers, sound choral conducting and rehearsal techniques, and familiarity with a wide range of musical styles are essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive and inclusive choir culture and passion for sharing the joy of singing and creating meaningful musical experiences for the community.
