About the Role
As the first point of contact for our WA office, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. You’ll provide comprehensive reception and administrative support, assist with recruitment processes, and help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer service at reception, including greeting visitors and managing phone enquiries.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as screening candidates, posting job ads, and processing documentation.
* Coordinate and maintain candidate records, including compliance checks, onboarding paperwork, and competency tracking.
* Manage office supplies, mail, couriers, and meeting room setups.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office and kitchen areas.
* Assist with internal functions and new starter inductions.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and organisational policies.
* Contribute to process improvements and support internal initiatives.

We’re seeking a candidate with previous experience in office administration or team support, ideally within recruitment or commercial services, who demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills—both written and verbal. The role requires a high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or collaboratively. A professional, flexible, and customer-focused approach is essential, as is a solid understanding of routine office functions and a willingness to learn and adapt.
