* Manage housing allocations and sub-leasing to ensure optimal property utilisation.
* Oversee the residential property portfolio in line with relevant legislation.
* Maintain accurate property and allocation data in our ERP system.
* Respond to property-related enquiries and coordinate urgent and routine maintenance.
* Conduct inspections including condition reports, vacate and bond inspections, and annual reviews.
* Manage procurement and upkeep of office furniture and fittings.
* Coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance for all property assets.
* Assist with maintenance and set-up of employee office facilities.

The successful candidate will have experience in corporate or residential property management, with strong stakeholder engagement. They will possess proven ability to coordinate property operations and maintenance, as well as sound understanding of asset management.

The ideal candidate will also have strong time management and decision-making skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.

Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) and valid C Class Drivers Licence.
