The UTS Graduate School of Health is recruiting a Lecturer in Psychology to support the successful roll‐out of our new undergraduate psychology programs through teaching and research.

About the role
Psychology at UTS is experiencing exponential growth. Building on our successful Master of Clinical Psychology program, graduate diplomas in psychology have been offered since October 2022, and undergraduate psychology programs were launched in 2024.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Lecturer to join our supportive and energetic team to contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of psychology programs, and research, at UTS.
About You
You are a motivated, self‐starter with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated knowledge in areas directly relevant to psychology alongside the ability to teach and coordinate psychology subjects, contribute to curriculum development, and undertake high quality empirical research.
As a Lecturer, you will possess:
* PhD in psychology (or equivalent)
* High level interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to deliver high‐quality teaching and learning in undergraduate or postgraduate psychology
* An outstanding track record in research relative to opportunity
* Capacity to supervise coursework and higher degree research students
* Fit with the UTS 2030 Vision and Strategic Priorities
* Qualifications relevant to teaching (e.g. Grad Cert in Higher Education)
* Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
* Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA)
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $125,240 - $148,229 (Level B), plus 17% superannuation.
This role is full‐time and will be made on a continuing basis.
