As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth procurement of bought-in finished goods.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Forecast and manage finished goods requirements across numerous suppliers (over 1000 SKUs), ensuring delivery performance and stock levels across distribution centres and trade store networks.
* Utilize demand planning and SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure just-in-time delivery.
* C Coordinate import deliveries and customs clearance processes.
* Manage and resolve blocked or parked invoices with suppliers and accounts.
* Analyze inventory data to minimize costs and optimize logistics.
* Maintain accurate SAP master data to support inventory management and safety stock levels.
* Lead supplier reviews and support cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives.
Requirements
* Strong SAP and demand planning knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience in supply chain, production planning, and inventory management.
* A customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills.
* Analytical problem-solving approach and process-oriented focus on efficiency and standardization.
* Reliable teamwork and relationship-building skills.
