About the role
A Project Manager in Application Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end AMS Managed Applications, Infrastructure, implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, overseeing the build and support of middleware components, and reviewing & implementing monitoring requirements.
Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end AMS managed applications, infrastructure, and DevOps platform implementations.
* Oversee the build and support of middleware components.
* Review, define, and implement monitoring requirements across applications and infrastructure.
* Lead the transition from build to run/operate phases, ensuring smooth handover and stable ongoing operations.
* Provide strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase.
* Define and track project scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies.
* Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for clear visibility into project progress.
* Identify opportunities for automation and adoption of new technologies to drive productivity and efficiency.
* Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify value‑adding opportunities.
* Engage cross‑functional team members as needed to support delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.
