This is a 4-year fixed term contract and will provide an exceptional opportunity to learn a technical trade and contribute to the delivery of CleanCo's program of planned maintenance across the Barron Gorge Hydro Power Station.You will achieve this through the application of learned skills and by assisting in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance to ensure that CleanCo operates highly reliable renewable generation.
The successful candidate will complete both on and off the job training including TAFE study blocks to achieve a Certificate III in Engineering Electrotechnology while developing work skills and experience supported by ongoing mentoring and coaching.About YouYou are committed to undertaking and successfully completing a Certificate III in Engineering Electrotechnology (4-year course) and are eager to apply these skills learnt, each day on an operating site.Essential to your success (minimum requirements) is completion (or currently completing) year 11 with satisfactory results in both Math & English along with a valid drivers' licence (learners or provisional stage acceptable).
