Business Development Manager – NSW
Location: Newcastle / Hunter Valley (Remote + Field-based)
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Commission + Travel Expenses

You're a self-directed, proactive Business Development professional with a strong network in the NSW mining industry. You understand how mine equipment runs, who influences decisions, and how to close deals that add real operational value. You work collaboratively within a team to deliver strong customer outcomes.

About the Role
As GreaseBoss' Business Development Manager in NSW, your primary focus will be mining and heavy industry. You'll lead face-to-face business development and support customer onboarding, owning the full cycle from first contact through to implementation.
What You'll Do
* Drive new business with a focus on face-to-face, field-based sales across mining and industrial sites
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and stakeholders (70% of your focus)
* Leverage HubSpot to manage the pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
* Collaborate with our exec team and Customer Success on implementation and satisfaction
* Travel regularly within NSW and to our Birtinya office every 6 weeks
What You Bring
* A solid, trusted network in the NSW mining or heavy industry sectors
* Understanding of lubrication, maintenance operations or IoT-based solutions
* Comfortable working independently in the field and building long-term customer relationships
* Experience with CRMs and a structured, process-driven sales approach
* Able to clearly articulate ROI, safety, and productivity improvements
