As a Project Officer - Change Strategy, you will be instrumental in the development, coordination, and implementation of key project and change management processes that support early childhood reforms across South Australia.

Main Responsibilities

* Coordinating project resources such as project plans, tracking tools, and risk registers.
* Supporting the development of change artefacts, including change strategies and monitoring reports.
* Assisting with stakeholder engagement by developing plans and materials to support Local Teams.
* Conducting data analysis and presenting insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Drafting high-quality written communications such as reports, newsletters, and presentations for external stakeholders.
* Contributing to continuous improvements in project tools and practices, ensuring efficient and effective project management.

Key Skills And Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following key skills and experience:

* Project Planning And Coordination: Solid experience in planning, coordinating, and supporting projects, with a strong ability to manage and administer project tools and systems.
* Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to support the development of change plans and reports.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled at interpreting and presenting data and including data within reports.
* Communication Skills: Excellent at contributing to the development of high-quality written materials, including data-driven reports, change management documents, and project plans.
* Autonomy & Organization: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems or programs.

Desirable Qualifications

A relevant degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous.
