We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers:
* High clinical adaptability, with the ability to respond to individual participant needs.
* Strong critical thinking skills to support participant safety, independence and wellbeing.
* Excellent communication and teamwork, collaborating well with participants and families as well as multidisciplinary teams
* Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to organisational policies, and representing HCA to a high standard.

Eligibility:
* Certificate III in Individual Support+ 6 months full-time experiencein SIL or community care environment
* Valid National Police Check

* 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations
