We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as the Customer Service Advisor and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

**The Role**:
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will support and inspire a team of dedicated customer service professionals to deliver world class, luxury customer experiences. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our customer service strategy, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and engagement at every touchpoint.

Your diligence and commitment will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the continued growth and success of Austen & Blake and Diamonds Factory in ANZ.

**How You'll Contribute**:
**- Team Management**: Support AU-OPs and Logistics, set clear expectations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team culture.

**- Customer Service Strategy**: Define and execute strategies aligned with company goals, continuously improving processes to enhance customer experiences and stay ahead of industry trends.

**- Customer Relationship Management**: Oversee customer interactions across all channels, resolve complex issues, and maintain a service log for continuous improvement.

**- Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to measure and enhance customer service performance.

**- Training & Development**: Implement training programs and keep the team updated on product launches and updates.

**- Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams across ANZ and the UK to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive product improvements.

**About You**:

- 3-5 years experience within a customer service facing role.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- A passion for jewellery and an understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
