Frontend Developer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our high-profile government program delivering modern, user-centric web applications.
* Design and build responsive, secure, and scalable single-page and progressive web applications using the latest frontend frameworks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work on enterprise-scale projects that directly impact the community, using Angular (v2–18), React, and modern JavaScript/Typescript frameworks.
* Apply CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Bulma, Bootstrap to deliver high-quality, accessible interfaces.
* Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and implement design-led solutions.
* Integrate APIs and work across full-stack environments to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Support testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in frontend development across government and enterprise projects.
* Strong working knowledge of Angular (latest v18), React, Typescript, CSS/SCSS, HTML5.
* Experience in visualisations (D3.js, Ag-grid) and building shared component libraries.
* Proven experience in WCAG compliance, responsive design, and user accessibility.
* Knowledge of progressive web apps, micro front-ends, and modern state management (RxJS, NgRx).
* Understanding of full-stack technologies and enterprise environments.
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent industry experience.
* Familiarity with NSW Public Sector frameworks, governance, and policies highly regarded.
