* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily financial and operational activities
* Manage job scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and track job costs vs margins
* Keep tools, fleet, compliance, and client records up to date and organised
* Support the management team with weekly updates, action tracking, and internal systems
Requirements:
* Experience in operations, finance, or scheduling (ideally in trades/services)
* Xero and spreadsheet skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Calm, structured, and proactive approach
