About the opportunity
Are you looking a rewarding career that allows you to make a positive difference in the lives of others? HealthShare NSW is seeking a customer serviced oriented and dedicated Adminstration Officer to work at our Liverpool Hospital.
In this role you will play a vital role in providing general administration support to the Food and Patient Support Service team.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial processing, operational continuity, and effective administrative support across the service.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and processing all vendor tax invoices through iProcurement / Oracle
* Providing high‑level administrative support to the General Services Manager
* Managing HealthRoster for over 250 general services staff
* Managing and monitoring the Logger system for Terminal and Discharge cleans
* Covering front reception administrative duties as required, including customer service and enquiries
* Maintaining staff personnel files and the archiving system
* Providing administrative support to General Services operations to ensure smooth and effective daily service delivery
