Administration Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role is essential to our financial operations, supporting both our clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process client payments, receipting, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness
* Manage supplier and subcontractor setup including processing invoices
* Upload invoices to various client portals in compliance with specific client requirements
* Some exposure to the property management or maintenance industry is preferred.
* Coordinate purchase order adjustments when required
* Maintain records of petrol and E-tag expenses
* Support debt collection activities for outstanding tenant payments
* Ad-hoc duties as needed to support business operations
